Bubbles Won Industrial Design Award @ FIRST Ontario Provincial Championship

Bubbles is honoured to receive the Industrial Design Award at the 2026 FIRST Ontario Provincial Championship, Science Division. This prestigious award recognizes the elegance, efficiency, and thoughtful integration of our robot’s industrial design.

Winning this award as a second-year FRC team in the highly competitive Science Division is an incredible achievement, and we are extremely proud of the teamwork, creativity, and dedication that made it possible. The judges were especially impressed by our design philosophy, engineering process, and critical thinking behind the robot.

With this award, Bubbles advanced to the World Championship in May, joining our FLL Champion team, Solvers of X&Y, on the international stage. This milestone reflects not only our technical growth, but also the strength of our student-led culture and the power of learning through FIRST.
